Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Reachbot ("we", "us") provides fraud-detection tools for content-reward campaigns operated on Whop. This policy explains what the Reachbot web application and browser extension collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What the extension accesses

The Reachbot browser extension operates only on Whop pages (whop.com and its subdomains). It does not run on, read, or access any other website. On Whop content-reward pages, the extension reads publicly displayed submission information so it can be scored for fraud signals, including:

  • Submission video URLs and the platform (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
  • Public engagement metrics shown on the page (view counts, likes, comments)
  • The clipper username/handle associated with a submission
  • Any risk indicators Whop itself displays on the submission

The extension stores a connection token locally in your browser so it can communicate with your Reachbot account. It does not read passwords, payment details, or data from non-Whop sites.

What the web app collects

When you create a Reachbot account we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. For each agency workspace we store campaign settings, submission records, risk scores, view snapshots, and team-member information that you or your teammates create.

How we use data

We use the information solely to provide the service: scoring submissions for fraud signals, detecting duplicates and view-velocity anomalies, displaying risk information in your dashboard, and sending alerts to channels you configure (such as Discord). Some submission text (captions, URLs) is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to assess whether content matches a campaign. We do not use your data to train models.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
  • We do not collect data from websites other than Whop.
  • We do not access private messages, payment information, or unrelated browsing activity.

Data sharing & processors

We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service, under their respective terms: our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon), and our AI provider (Anthropic) for content-fit analysis. Alerts you configure are sent to destinations you control (e.g., your Discord webhook).

Data retention & deletion

We retain account and submission data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below; we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
